Needled high temperature refractory insulation
Standard ceramic fibres are made from inorganic materials, primarily alumina, silica and zirconia, with long refractory fibre. They are binder free and needled, which gives very high thermal stability, and their physical and refractory properties suit high temperature work. Under normal conditions ceramic fibre can be applied at 1260°C. It has very low thermal conductivity.

Temperature range: 1260°C / 1425°C, as per the datasheet. Tell us your operating temperature and we will confirm the right grade before we quote.
Thicknesses: 12, 25, 38, 50 mm; Dimensions: 0.610 m W x 7.3 m L; Densities: 64 / 96 / 128 kg/m³. If you need a size that is not listed, ask us and we will check what the manufacturer can make.
Typical uses: reformer / heater / furnace / kiln lining, coke ovens, expansion gaps; thermal barrier for the automotive industry; boilers, ducts, pipelines, steam and gas turbine insulation; petrochemical industry, metal processing, power plants.
Yes. We supply it on its own, or our own crews install it as part of our hot insulation and thermal insulation work. That starts with a site visit and a written specification, and ends with a joint measurement at handover.
We hold Ceramic Fibre Blanket at our Vatva GIDC (Ahmedabad) and Morbi stockyards. You can download the datasheet on this page, and we can send the test certificate with the dispatch. Send your enquiry before 4 pm and you will usually hear back the same working day.
