Oil, gas and refineries
Process lines, tank farms, flare systems and pipe racks. Most of it is hot work outdoors, so the cladding gets as much thought as the wool, and a lot of it has to fit inside a shutdown.

A refinery and a dairy don't need the same thing from us. Temperatures, damp, outdoor exposure and shutdown windows all change, so it helps that our estimators and crews have done this work before.
Every sector ends up with its own mix of industrial insulation materials. The cards show what we fit most in each one, and you can tap through to the service.

Boilers, turbines, steam headers, ducts and ESP casings. We mostly use high temperature rockwool and ceramic fibre here, with aluminium or GI sheet on top.

Here it's reactors, columns, jacketed vessels and tank farms. The finish has to stand up to chemicals, and hot surfaces near walkways get personnel protection.

In pharma it's clean utilities, HVAC ducting, chilled water and process skids. It has to look right and stay dry, because validation teams check it and washdown hits it every day.

Dairies and food plants call us for pasteuriser lines, chillers and cold rooms. That's nearly all closed-cell work, and because the floor gets hosed down daily the finish has to take it.

Kilns, preheaters, ladles and hot ducting, plus big roof jobs on kiln sheds and ceramic units around Morbi.

In a cold store we do the panel rooms, brine lines, blast freezers and chilled water, starting at the pipe supports and going right up to the panel joints.

Factory sheds, warehouses, offices, auditoria and homes. Underdeck and overdeck roofs, walls, facades and acoustic work.
From refineries and fertiliser plants to pharma, dairy and the Morbi ceramic cluster.
