Shree Gayatri Insulation Private Limited.
The people behind SGPL have spent more than 30 years in insulation, and the business has run out of Ahmedabad since 1998. We’re an insulation company that does both halves of the job. We hold the stock, and we send the crews. Most of what we do is industrial, think steam lines, cold stores and boiler houses, but we also take on offices, sheds and homes.
A little while ago we became a private limited company. How we work didn’t change, it just put a firmer structure around it. You still get a site visit, a written specification, our own crew on the job and a joint measurement at the end, and the same people are there for maintenance afterwards.

How does insulation work?
Good insulation does more than one thing, and these are the four we design for.
Temperature control
It keeps the heat where the process wants it. The line runs at the temperature it was designed for, and the outside stays safe to touch.
Soundproofing
Density-graded wool with a mass barrier brings machinery noise down, and people on the floor notice it.
Fire resistance
Materials picked for their fire class as well as their thermal value, so the insulation doesn't help a fire along.
Moisture control
On cold lines a sealed vapour barrier, unbroken end to end, keeps condensation off the pipe and stops corrosion starting underneath.
